Treat people
with kindness.
That line is painted across the wall behind our counter, under a wave of color, and it is not decoration. Savour is a Persian family-operated European bakery, and the whole place is run the way you would run a kitchen for people you know.
One of our regulars put it better than we could. He wrote that from the moment he walked in he felt like he was visiting family, and that the detail he remembered most was the hand-knitted tablecloths, made by the mother of the family.
The baking is European: laminated croissants, danishes, kouign amann, Napoléon, financiers, and proper quiche. The welcome is Persian. Come in, take your time, enjoy the moment.
